I remember the day I joined the team at mon Infirmière à Domicile, my choice was hesitant compared to what people say about agencies, but at MIAD is the difference, you don't run around unless it's your choice, you don't go to bed not knowing if you'll be working tomorrow or not, you can send in your availability at any time respecting the way things are done, there's always someone to answer your questions. What I really like about MIAD is that you don't really feel like you're working for an agency, basically nothing to envy from the public sector, competitive salary, good attention from your managers, everyone is at your disposal, like any work environment there are rules for the good functioning, which is good it gives the team between us. In 2019 I think I've made the best choice.
