Welcome to MIAD. It is with great pride that I introduce you to my company, which since 2017 has been responding to the crying needs for intervention with a vulnerable and aging clientele. With several years as a caregiver in the healthcare field, I developed a deep passion for the helping relationship and psychosocial intervention. During this period, I became aware of the needs that exist both in the public health system and in the private sphere. At the same time, I developed a unique approach that reflects my values in terms of business management and leadership with the MIAD team. Today, we are leaders in providing services that meet the needs of every region.
Marie Gratton
Accounting/Administration
Marie has over 18 years' experience in companies where she has successively held management, administrative and business development positions. For administrative and accounting matters, she is the company's resource.
Gilles Houle
Care coordinator
Gilles has over 10 years' experience as a nursing assistant in FMGs, palliative care and personnel management. He joined MIAD in 2021 to take charge of standardizing the quality of care and services. He plays an essential role in the smooth running of the company.
Émie Brouillard
Accounting
Émie's dedication and meticulous work make her a member of the accounting department. She has been with MIAD since 2022. When it comes to billing and administrative support, she is a valuable and much-appreciated resource.
Alexandra Alarie
Distribution
Alexandra's active participation and hard work keep the dispatch service running from Monday to Friday. Having joined the team in 2019, she is one of MIAD's deans. Her position is a central pillar of the organization.
Stéphanie Mathieu
Human resources
Stéphanie is responsible for processing files and hiring procedures. She joined the MIAD team in 2022. When it comes to human resources issues and the link between the new employee and the care team, she bridges the gap brilliantly.
Audrey cloutier
Adjointe répartition
Audrey has over 3 years' experience as a nursing assistant in a CLSC. Arriving in 2018, she is one of the first MIAD members. She is a valuable resource at the advisory level for personal care.
